Micro Communities is a challenge to look at the big picture through a
small lens. Concentrating on 10 people or less, the aim is to take
advantage of the vast information space, accessible to the machines,
and distill new values for an extremely small group, group where you
as a designer can also address every participant directly.
Webflexing builds on the Micro Communities endeavour but has a broader
perspective. Harnessing the collective intelligence of the web or the
sheer search power of various services to unexpected fields, or
commenting on the dramatically transformed value system due to the
omnipresent connectivity and centralisation of information, Flexing
the Web invites you to think critically, orthogonally and playfully
about the status quo.
